1. Your website must
be wedding related, must be commercial or business in nature,
and must relate to one of the established categories of wedding
vendors found on OntarioWeddingDirectory.com.
All websites must be in English.
2. OntarioWeddingDirectory.com
will not accept any advertisement or link to an external website
that may be deemed unacceptable, offensive, vulgar, damaging,
profane or potentially offensive. We reserve the right to remove
or ban any user immediately and without notice any websites
that we deem inappropriate as well as to modify these rules
at any time.
3. You agree to abide
by our terms
of use policy.
4. A valid email address
must be provided so that you may be contacted when necessary.
If your email address utilizes a spam filter, be sure to add
ontarioweddingdirectory.com to
the accepted domain list. All accounts which no do accept our
mail will be removed.
5. We reserve the
right to change listing fees at any time, without notice, for
any period not yet paid in full.
6. You unconditionally
guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs,
trademarks, or other artwork furnished to OntarioWeddingDirectory.com
for inclusion in your listing are owned by you, or that you
have permission from the lawful owner to use each of these elements,
and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend OntarioWeddingDirectory.com
from any liability (including all lawyer fees and all costs),
including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from
the use of such elements furnished by you.
7. Payments must be
made promptly based on the terms of payment option selected.
Payments made with a credit card will be billed on a recurring
basis (with the selected period) until you choose to cancel
your Premium account by emailing accounts@ontarioweddingdirectory.com
indicating such a desire. We reserve the right to remove any
listing from viewing on the Internet until payment is made in
full. If collection becomes necessary, you agree to pay all
fees (including all lawyer fees and all costs) incurred by that
process. Regardless of the place of acceptance of this agreement,
you agree that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered
into in the Hamilton-Wentworth district, Ontario, Canada, and
any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the Hamilton-Wentworth
district, Ontario, Canada and you hereby consent to the personal
jurisdiction of the Ontario Provincial Courts. Furthermore,
you waive any right to or claim of sovereign immunity. All payments
will be made in Canadian Dollars.
8.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
neither OntarioWeddingDirectory.com
nor any of its owners and/or agents warrants that the website
will function uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all risks
for the quality and performance of the website. We are not liable
to you or any third party for any damages, including, but not
limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages
arising out of, but not limited to, acts of nature, failure
of the Hosting Service, any service provider, any telecommunications
carrier, the Internet backbone, any Internet servers, and/or
any type of damages for lost profits, income and/or lost savings,
regardless of whether OntarioWeddingDirectory.com,
its owners and/or agents were advised of the possibility of
such damages.
